Getting Connected in Ministries
One of the best ways to get to know people and make a church "your" church is to become involved in ministry. Many people begin to worship weekly at one of our Sunday services. They grow in their faith through participation in a small group or class. The next step maybe to get involved in a ministry.
We believe that God has giveneach person a special S.H.A.P.E. for ministry. This includes your:
- Spiritual Gifts
- Heart (or Passion) for someone or something
- Abilities in certain areas
- Personality
- Experiences
You are a unique combination of these things, and God has a purpose for you! You may already know where you'd like to serve. Then again, you may need to try to serve in several areas in order to find out where God wants to use you. Whether it's in worship and music, children's and youth minsitries, ministries of hospitality, service to the community, using your trade skills to help maintain our campus, or one of many other opportunities, there is a place for you to serve at Adventure.
